My observes

     During our activity, from the start some of the members of the circle are "silent committees". They doesn't even try to share their ideas and plans to the group, but my observes Ms. Jerlyn Rance to break the ice between the group shared her idea to solve the puzzle, she already had an initiative to solve the puzzle. Since then the group members started to give their ideas to solve the puzzle but there is still "silent committees". Ms. Rance told everybody to solve the puzzle step by step so that they could solve the puzzle smoothly and surely.In that sense I think that she also had a leadership potential because she lead the group.Sometimes Ms. Rance's opinion are being left behind others because their ideas and opinion are so dominant, so Ms. Rance chooses to be silent for awhile. In my opinion Ms. Rance should not let others to dominate the puzzle solving, she should also let her self voice out her ideas.


     My decision is Ms. Rance should be remain.

My edge towards others:

     My edge over the others is I have a good sense of human relationship towards my colleagues. I can adjust and adopt to the social and working situation towards needs of my job. I can be friends with everybody for just a short period of time and I'm a good follower to my boss and colleagues, everything that they command I will do my best to do it. Aside from that I believe I have the knowledge and skill to perform my duties in the organization or in the company. I can use use computer application just like Microsoft office application and computer programs like HTML and Visual Basic  also I could speak English fluently and a little bit Korean language.
